Nexus coordinates communication and handoffs among you and the independent providers involved in your import; those providers remain responsible for their own services, filings, and submissions.

Nothing on this site is legal, customs, tax, mechanical, inspection, insurance, or financial advice. Consult a qualified professional, including a licensed customs broker for customs matters, before making decisions.

Cost calculator results and any figures shared during discussion are planning estimates based on assumptions and conservative defaults. They are not quotes, invoices, contracts, customs determinations, or guaranteed landed costs. Actual third-party costs are set by those third parties and can change.

Any paid engagement with Nexus is governed by a separate signed service agreement describing scope, fees, and terms. If that agreement conflicts with these website terms, the signed service agreement controls for that engagement.

• Confirm authority, licensing, and insurance of providers you select where that matters to you.

Sellers, exporters, brokers, forwarders, carriers, ports, and transporters operate independently. Nexus does not control them and is not responsible for their acts, omissions, pricing, timing, filings, or performance.

Nexus does not guarantee vehicle availability, condition, authenticity, mileage, seller or auction statements, inspection results, eligibility determinations, shipping schedules, customs outcomes, port release timing, delivery timing, final costs, or registration results.

The website and its content, including text, layout, graphics, logos, and images, are owned by Nexus or its licensors. You may view and print content for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish, resell, or create derivative works from site content without written permission.
