Vehicle delivery coordination

Vehicle Delivery Coordination

Nexus can connect you with transport-company options and coordinate the pickup and delivery handoff. You approve, contract, and pay the transporter directly.

When Delivery Coordination fits

For customers who want help lining up U.S. transport after the vehicle clears the port and don't want to hunt for a transporter on their own. Nexus can identify options and coordinate the delivery handoff; you can also use a transporter you already trust.

What Nexus provides

  • Helps identify transport-company options for your route and vehicle.
  • Connects you with transporters and shares available information for your review.
  • Coordinates communication for the delivery handoff between port, transporter, and you.

What you remain responsible for

  • Final selection and approval of the transporter, whether Nexus provides options or you bring your own.
  • Verifying authority and insurance.
  • Contracting directly with the transporter.
  • Paying the transporter directly.

Important boundaries

Nexus is not a motor carrier. Nexus does not dispatch, negotiate rates, or accept transporter funds. Nexus does not guarantee pickup, delivery timing, price, insurance coverage, or vehicle condition.

How it works

  1. Submit a request with the arrival port and delivery destination.
  2. Nexus confirms scope and either surfaces transporter options or works with the transporter you already have.
  3. You select, verify, contract, and pay the transporter directly.
  4. Nexus coordinates handoff communication through delivery.
