These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by Nexus JDM Imports LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website at https://www.nexusjdmimports.com or engaging with our services, you agree to the following Terms.

If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

1. Services Provided

Nexus JDM Imports LLC provides vehicle sourcing, inspection coordination, shipping facilitation, and optional delivery assistance for vehicles 25 years or older imported from Japan to the United States. We do not directly sell vehicles — we act as an agent on behalf of the client to facilitate the transaction with third-party vendors and logistics partners.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old

• Reside in the United States

• Be legally able to import and register a vehicle in your state

• Agree to comply with all applicable federal and state vehicle import regulations

3. Client Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree:

• That all vehicles must be 25 years or older at the time of import to qualify for federal exemption under DOT/NHTSA rules

• That you are responsible for compliance with your local state’s DMV registration process, emissions testing, and insurance

• That vehicle condition is based on third-party inspections and vendor-provided documentation, and Nexus JDM Imports is not liable for mechanical defects or cosmetic issues

• That you understand all timelines provided (sourcing, shipping, customs clearance) are estimates, not guarantees

4. Payment Terms

We offer two paid services:

a. Full Import Service

• A $500 non-refundable security deposit is required to begin the vehicle sourcing process

• Remaining balance is paid through a secure third-party escrow service (e.g. Escrow.com)

• Optional fees (e.g. inspection, inland delivery) are quoted separately

b. Vehicle Search-Only Package

• A flat $500 non-refundable fee is required before any sourcing begins

• No additional services (shipping, customs, etc.) are included in this package

All payments are due upon invoice. Failure to pay may result in service delays or termination.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• All deposits and sourcing fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing

• If a vendor cancels availability of a vehicle prior to purchase, we will resume the search at no extra charge

• No refunds are issued after vehicle purchase or once shipping is scheduled

• In rare exceptions, refunds may be issued at our sole discretion, minus processing or cancellation fees

6. Vehicle Condition Disclaimer

We do not warrant the mechanical condition, mileage accuracy, or cosmetic appearance of any vehicle. Clients are strongly encouraged to request third-party inspection services before finalizing any purchase. We are not responsible for issues discovered after shipping or delivery.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Nexus JDM Imports LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Our liability in all cases shall be limited to the amount paid by the client for our service

• We are not responsible for delays due to shipping, customs, port processing, or acts of God

8. Changes to Services or Terms

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our service or these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with a revised “Effective Date.”

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal dispute shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in [Insert County], Florida.
