When Vehicle Finder fits

For customers who primarily want help locating and organizing eligible Japanese vehicles, and plan to handle purchase, shipping, customs, and delivery through their own channels.

What Nexus provides

  • Clarifies your target specifications, use case, and budget.
  • Searches dealer listings, Japanese auction sources, and other appropriate seller sources for eligible vehicles.
  • Contacts sellers and exporters, asks reasonable questions, and requests additional photos, documents, or condition details when useful or when you ask.
  • Organizes the options into a single review-ready format and connects you with the seller/exporter when you're ready.

What you remain responsible for

  • Choosing which vehicle to pursue and final approval of the seller.
  • Purchase, export, shipping, customs, and delivery execution through your own channels.
  • Selecting and paying any inspector, exporter, broker, or transporter directly.

Important boundaries

Vehicle Finder does not include purchase, shipping, customs, or delivery coordination. If you'd like Nexus to also handle those stages, including connecting you with a licensed customs broker and a transport company, Full Import Service may be the better preliminary fit, subject to Nexus review. Available listing information is not a mechanical inspection.

How it works

  1. Submit a request and confirm 25-year eligibility.
  2. Nexus confirms Vehicle Finder scope and target parameters with you.
  3. Nexus searches sources, contacts sellers as needed, and organizes candidate listings for your review.
  4. Nexus connects you with the seller/exporter of the vehicle you choose; you take it forward through your own channels.
