Military service comes with realities most businesses never see: PCS timelines, TDY, deployments, and windows of availability you don't control.
Nexus was built from firsthand U.S. Air Force experience, and we recognize those realities. For qualifying military clients, Nexus offers two benefits on our existing Full Import service. Nothing more, and nothing that changes how the import process itself works.
The two military benefits
Exactly two benefits. They apply only to Nexus's own service and do not apply to non-Nexus charges.
15% Military Discount
Qualifying military clients receive 15% off the remaining Nexus Full Import service-fee balance after the initial $500 deposit credit is applied.
The discount applies only to the Nexus Full Import service-fee balance. It does not apply to the vehicle price or any other non-Nexus charges, which are priced and paid separately.
Military Priority Communication
When military obligations like PCS, TDY, or deployment affect your availability, Nexus gives your time-sensitive communications priority handling so coordination keeps moving while you're occupied elsewhere.
This is a Nexus communication commitment only. It does not change any timing or processing outside Nexus's own communications.

Eligibility
These benefits are available to qualifying active-duty service members, National Guard, Reserve, and veterans. Before applying the discount, Nexus may request reasonable proof of qualifying military status. Please do not send CAC cards, Social Security numbers, passports, military records, orders, or other sensitive documents through this website. Nexus will tell you what is appropriate if verification is needed.
PCS Vehicle Shipping Coordination
Some vehicle moves around a PCS have to be personally arranged rather than handled through a straightforward government-provided vehicle shipment: a second vehicle, an unusual origin or destination, a timeline that doesn't line up, or a situation that simply falls outside the standard channel. Nexus provides planning and logistics coordination support for those moves.

- Nexus is not a carrier, shipper, customs broker, or transport company
- Nexus does not move, store, or take custody of vehicles
- No promise of eligibility, shipping speed, customs outcome, or government reimbursement
- You approve, contract with, and pay any third-party provider directly, and remain responsible for your own required documents
Pricing provided after scope review. PCS shipping coordination is scoped case by case, so Nexus quotes it only after reviewing what your move actually requires.
If the vehicle needs the full U.S. import process (customs entry, federal requirements, and port release), the Full Import service is likely the right pathway instead of shipping coordination alone. Nexus will tell you which one fits.
Nexus's role stays the same
These benefits change what you pay Nexus and how Nexus prioritizes your messages. They do not change what Nexus does. Nexus coordinates your import: timelines, communication, documentation awareness, and next steps.
